If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MyHeelCup, you can return your eligible heel cups for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Heel cups that are part of a site-wide sale or promotion are eligible for return unless otherwise stated. Heel cups returned damaged may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@myheelcup.com, and we will provide you with free return labels to use. Place the cups you are returning back in their original packaging and drop them off at an authorized UPS location.

Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to reach our fulfillment center and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, MyHeelCup will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to be posted to your bank or credit card account.
